Day 22: daffodils

No, climate change isn't that bad (yet) - the crocuses may be just coming into bloom, but the daffodils still have a good way to go. They're putting in a good show, though, and the shoots are coming up well.

This was my insurance photo for the day, taken during a quick lunchtime stroll - I got a lovely shot at a juvenile blackbird, but the bird was more jittery than I hoped and it was blurred. Still, it's pleasant - it may be the middle of January, but when the sun shines it can still feel like spring.
